It's an okay place little bit pricey for the quality of the food.
Always enjoy the food and the great service I get when I visit the restaurant.
Salmon tartare, was good. Forgot to take a picture of my meat lasagna, it was excellent. Customer service was excellent, too. It was my bday, so they gave me a slice of cake, that was delicious.
This was amazing! The break shank was perfection. Fall of the bone. Not salty, well seasoned. Vegetables were cooked crispy natural done. So good.
Where to begin. It is rare than I travel into Mexico to eat Italian food let alone any ethnic food besides Mexican. I must say that the most comparable phenomenal service I have ever experienced in my life was at Trump National Doral Miami Florida. Never expected to walk in to a quote on Italian place in Mexico and receive such a warm and welcoming experience. From the moment I got off my vehicle at. I was greeted at the door by the hostess and was welcomed by every individual and that establishment till I made it to my seat. I cannot express how Superior and amazing the service was at this establishment. The ambience was amazing the decor was fabulous extremely clean and beautiful. My date was blown away as well. So this amazing experience started at our table with a focaccia bread and some sort of other loaf. The focaccia was slightly dense but it's to be expected with the water quality in this region. Despite the density it was fabulous the flavor was Will present with hints of Rosemary and an amazing taste of fermentation. It followed with a complimentary veggie or potato soup that was well-balanced and very light. We ordered these delicious sangria's that were very well prepared and took much appreciation to the fine cut of the fruit in it. My date ordered the ribeye which is cooked to perfection into seem to be the manager came and assured the right temperature before departing from our table. Frankly I was looking for some ossobuco I had no luck however I went for the a shank/ roast and risotto. I was amazed of how well it was cooked as proteins like this tend to come out dry overcooked and salty at times because of the preparation and bringing them back up to temp they normally seem to dehydrate and overcook. However that was not the case here it tasted as if it was cooked to order which is clearly not the case as you cannot raise and cook this and such a short amount of time. The flavor was perfect on a very savory side yet not salty the meat was falling apart. I felt bad not having to use the knife that they bring out and let you choose from a selection of. The plates are very well served and the portions are very generous but besides most importantly the flavor texture and execution are flawless. We follow dinner by ordering the doppio espresso which came out extremely creamy unlike anything I've seen in Mexico before and in the top five I've had in Southern California. I believe my date ordered the cheesecake which was capped off and some sort of chocolate garnish and what appear to be pistachio flakes. The flavor was great but it's honest as this review is I must say that it was slightly dry however the flavor was spot on. I would highly recommend this place if you can appreciate a great meal. The service was to die for and I'll comparable to anything I've had in Mexico or at least in the northern part of Mexico. I will be returning shortly as they have gained a customer for life. If I were to ask yes for any suggestions and changes I would suggest lowering the music slightly to enjoy the conversation and company one is with. I would recommend them ad a better still water selection. I would also suggest a slight more attention to detail when running plates to table and assure the pardons have the necessary utensils. The complimentary soup was delicious only I wish I had the adequate utensils to have tried it while they were still hot. Other than that I give this place six stars. As a previous restaurant owner in Italian cuisine I applaud this place and highly suggest you stop by and give it a try.
